Boo to the green couches........BOO!!
We're planning on painting our downstairs very soon and the green couches just didn't land a spot in our plan. Out with the old and in with the new. With the economy the way it is, it's a buyers market out there. Deal upon deal presented itself to us with new furniture so we just had to pounce. Normally, Diesel is a regular guest on the couch because he likes to lay on our laps. Poor little guy, just got surgery and now he can't sit with us. But we brought down his bed from our room that he hardly sleeps on so hopefully he'll get more use out of it downstairs. We love the new sectional and couldn't be happier with the end result. Once we paint I'll post pictures :)

Dang! That's an awesome sectional. I am envious as I would LOVE a sectional in our basement. Ah. One day!
What did you do with your old couches?
Oh, that whole rule of "No Diesel on the couch..." I'll be VERY curious to see how long it lasts. I ALWAYS made rules like that whenever we invested in new furniture, but just as soon as I made the rule it was broken. Gotta love Sams and Tod but I HATE their dog hair. Hopefully you two have a better behaved pup.

Jonathan! I know you've been back to the blog since I commented; however, you have failed to answer my question: what'd you do with your green couches? Did you sell them? Gosh, man, don't you know how to read???? (wink, wink)
We sold them to one of Aubrey's friend's ex-boyfriend.....whewww. They're sitting in our garage now so we can't park in there. It sucks.
Just curious. Glad you were able to sell them. Hopefully you'll get your garage back soon! ;-)
